Clubs & Activities

Belmont Hill offers a broad range of extracurricular activities to enhance the student experience. Activities often include students from other nearby independent girls' schools such as Winsor, Dana Hall, and Newton Country Day School.

Various extracurricular activities of a broadly educational nature have been established and are supported by the students, usually with faculty assistance and supervision. These include such formal and well-established institutions as The Panel and The Sextant, the Drama Club, the Lyceum, the Glee Club, and the School Senate.

Groups of instrumentalists rehearse and perform together, and other groups enjoy studio work, photography, chess, science and outdoor expeditions for camping, canoeing, skiing, or hiking.
