Students Enjoy the First Day of Fall Athletics Program

As with most anything during the time of this pandemic, fall sports on the Hill are notably different this year due to safety concerns.
But Belmont Hill still sees the need for boys to be active and working on the skill development needed in their chosen sports.  The School has devised a program that allows students to get out on the field for coach-supervised workouts, and on the first day of the program everyone, coaches and students, seemed to relish the opportunity of working out together.

The School is offering expanded skill-based athletic offerings this fall. Each coach is trained in utilizing sport-specific techniques, drills, and protocols that meet or exceed the provided state safety guidelines.
"We definitely stand ready to explore opportunities with other schools," said Athletics Director George Tahan.  "But after such a long time away, it certainly was exciting to see the fields filled with the boys and their coaches working together in the Belmont Hill tradition."
