James Donahue '22 Competes in Northeast Footlocker Cross Country Championships

James Donahue '22 competed on Saturday at the Northeast Footlocker Cross Country Championships in Van Cortland Park in the Bronx, NY.
He finished in 5th place in the Freshman / Sophmore race with a time of 16:42 earning First Team All-Northeast honors.

James Donahue continued his cross country season with a strong performance at the Footlocker Cross Country Championships this past weekend," said cross country coach Tyson Trautz. "He is a gritty, hardworking, and dedicated runner who understands what it takes to compete at the highest levels of cross country running. He runs with a great deal of heart and truly understands the struggle to continue against the mounting desire to stop as explained by Alex Hutchinson in his book Endure. I am extremely proud of all of James' efforts and achievements this season and look forward to him being one of our captains on next year's cross country team."
