Girls' programs in basketball, field hockey, lacrosse, and soccer are offered. Click below for more information on each program.
Basketball (ages 8-15)
The girls’ basketball camp will stress individual offense, rebounding, skill development, shooting, defense and team play. The camps will utilize two indoor gyms and an outdoor court. Each camper receives a basketball for use during the week. Players should come dressed in a tee shirt, shorts and sneakers, and bring sunscreen and a refillable water bottle. They should also bring a second set of practice gear. Basketball camp may be elected for one or two weeks.
Field Hockey (ages 10-15)
Players of all skill levels are welcome at this camp. Daily features include individual and group instruction, position play and strategy sessions, and coached six vs. six games. Each player should supply her own stick, mouth guard, and shin pads, sunscreen and refillable water bottle. Sneakers and cleats should be brought to all sessions. Balls are provided. The camp will conclude with an afternoon of tournament play.
Lacrosse (ages 9-12)
The girls’ lacrosse camp is intended for girls in their first 1-3 years of playing the sport. Drills and skills, individual and group instruction, and field position are emphasized.
Soccer (ages 8-15)
The girls’ soccer camp is suitable for all levels of play. Emphasis is on individual skills as well as team play. Outdoor fields and indoor practice areas are available. A ball is given to each camper for use during the week. Each player is required to supply sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, shin guards and cleats. In the event of rain, players should have sneakers in addition to their cleats for indoor drills. Soccer camp may be elected for one or two weeks.
