The Coach 

Jorge Montoya is a graduate of Boston College where he played varsity soccer for four years and was team captain in his senior year. After college, Coach Montoya continued his soccer career playing seven seasons professionally as well as captaining the Boston Bolts. He also holds a USSF A coaching license. Coach Montoya teaches Spanish 1, Spanish 2 and Spanish 5 and is an advisor in the Third Form. Email Coach Montoya

The Program

During Coach Montoya's 25 seasons at Belmont Hill, he has taken the team to the NE Prep-school A tournament 14 times. His coaching record stands at 301-103-71. On November 7, 2018, Coach Montoya reached his 300^th coaching career win.

Over the past four seasons, Belmont Hill soccer players have gone on to compete at the following schools: Cornell University, Colby College, Bowdoin College, Northeastern University, Haverford College, Kenyon College, and Occidental College.
