STUDENT ATHLETES FIRST
Individualized exercise programs are given to students who participate in strength and conditioning. In-season teams are given the opportunity to train together in order to stay strong through their vigorous seasons.
CROSS FAMILY FITNESS CENTER
The Cross Family Fitness Center allows for students to exercise in a safe, welcoming, and supervised environment. The School’s partnership with Sorinex, allows for students to use the industry’s best equipment, in order to optimize results.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING ATHLETIC TRAINING COLLABORATION
The Cross Family Fitness Center has direct access to the Athletic Trainer’s room, so students can complete their treatment or therapy. Direct access between both spaces allows for collaboration between the departments, in order to give the best possible service and care to the students.
ABOUT THE COACH
Andrew Markham joined the Belmont Hill athletics department after completion of his master’s degree, and position at Boston College. Prior to BC, he made stops at Wagner College, Harvard University, and the University of New England, where he completed his bachelor’s degree. A former college lacrosse player, Coach Markham not only brings his knowledge and expertise, but an enthusiasm and energy that allows for students to train hard towards their goals, and have students be the best version of themselves.
