Summer Opportunities

List of 4 items.

  • Global Routes

A wonderful program founded by a Belmont Hill alum offering summer service-learning opportunities. Students live in rural villages around the developing world, engaging in service projects and adventure travel. This is also the organization that organizes several school group trips.
  • ISA High School (formerly LPI)

A popular program among our students interested in improving language (Spanish, French, Chinese, or Italian). ISA High School offers homestays or dorms, language instruction, and cultural immersion in Spain, France, China, Italy, Peru, Costa Rica, England, and Ireland.
  • Rassias Summer Language Programs

Four offerings in Spain, Perú, and France. High school and middle school programs in Spain. France program now in its 30th year. (Belmont Hill's middle school Spanish trip in June is organized by Rassias.)
  • School Year Abroad (Summer)

Our long-time partner for junior years abroad, SYA also offers summer programs in China, France, and Spain.
We have compiled a list of of domestic and international summer programs that Belmont Hill students have participated in over the years.  Note, these programs are run by outside organizations and are not affiliated with Belmont Hill. Many of the programs involve travel away from home for a number of weeks. The focus of the programs varies: language acquisition, service learning, cultural exploration, politics, science, etc.  Limited financal support may be available through the School's Senate Summer Fund. This is by no means an exclusive list, please feel free to be in touch with Adam Harder to discuss options for your son.
