Sport Camps Update

COVID-19 UPDATESports Camps will be suspended for summer 2020. The health and safety of our campers, our camp staff, and their families is paramount, and we feel strongly that this decision is in the best interests of everyone in our Belmont Hill Sport Camps community.

June 1, 2020

Dear Sport Camps Families:

Over the course of the last few months, the Belmont Hill Sport Camps team has been working hard to stay up to date with COVID-19 developments, and have been considering all possible options for the safe operation of our sport camps during this 2020 season. After careful consideration of the most recent guidance available, we have made the difficult decision to suspend all of our scheduled summer 2020 sport camps programs. The health and safety of our campers, our camp staff, and their families is paramount, and we feel strongly that this decision is in the best interests of everyone in our Belmont Hill Sport Camps community.

All families registered for the 2020 season will receive a full refund of registration fees. Refunds will be made to the credit card used when registering. Please note that it may take one or two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

This has been a challenging spring, and we appreciate that many of you are eager to provide your sons and daughters with safe and healthy outdoor activities this summer. We will continue to monitor developments and explore the possibility of offering some type of sports activity programs later in the summer, if it is safe to do so. Should that opportunity arise, we will be in contact with you as soon as information becomes available.

In any case, rest assured that we are already planning for a fantastic 2021 Sport Camps season, and eagerly look forward to welcoming you back to the Belmont Hill campus.

I hope everyone stays safe and healthy in these unusual times.

Sincerely,

Corey Cofield
