Spring Coffee House Features Several Entertaining Acts

As the end of the school year rapidly approached, Belmont Hill musicians, parents, faculty, and friends gathered over Zoom for our third Virtual Coffee House. The mood was joyful and relaxed as this virtual audience enjoyed performances in eight impressive acts.

This set of performers included Will Kelly singing and playing a number from the musical "Dear Evan Hansen," Howard Huang and Brian Lee performing two violin and cello duets, and Thomas Danahy playing two movements of a Vivaldi cello sonata. Other featured performers included  Ethan Xie on saxophone, Rylan Dean on piano, and Derrick Huang on saxophone. To close the show, Ryan Cannistraro offered up a rousing performance of "Pink Houses" by John Mellencamp.

"Thank you to this dynamic community for keeping the music alive over this strange virtual platform over the course of this year," said Dan Fiori, Director of Instrumental Music.  "Of course, we all look forward to being back together in Kraft Theater for an in-person Coffee House in the very near future!"
