Belmont Hill Musicians Blend Genres at Winter Coffee House

Belmont Hill music aficionados gathered on the evening of December 6, 2024 for the Winter Coffee House. This lively event featured performances by the Middle and Upper School Rock Bands as well as a variety of other Middle and Upper School musicians.

Thomas Danahy (cello) and TZ Snail (piano) performed a duet, as did Brandon Li (alto saxophone) and Ethan Xie (tenor saxophone). Suhas Kaniyar (viola) and Zachary Park (voice) presented solo performances covering a wide variety of genres including pop and classical music.

Faculty member Michael Sherman (guitar, piano, and voice) and Head of School Greg Schneider (guitar and voice) graced the stage with solo performances of their own, as well.

To close the show, Will Skordos (guitar and voice) and Morgan Rich (guitar and voice) were joined by faculty member Dan Fulham (drums) in an energetic performance of "Someday" by The Strokes.
