Belmont Hill’s Multicultural Alumni Partnership (MAP) resumed its annual award presentation and program in person this fall. On October 14, 2022, MAP honored Warren Fields ’81 (P ’81). Mr. Fields is a founding director of MAP, has been a member of the Belmont Hill Corporation for nearly 30 years, and is a member of the Centennial Campaign Committee. He served as a Trustee from 2002 to 2018 and was a member of the Finance Committee of the Board. Mr. Fields has also been a MAP Mentor, a career networking speaker, and a member of the Long Range Plan Diversity Committee.
The evening was moderated by Belmont Hill trustee and parent Jason Hurd ’90 with remarks by Greg Schneider and Caleb Collins '93. Photos and a recording of the event are shared below.
The MAP Achievement Award recognizes a Belmont Hill alumnus or friend of the School who exemplifies the values and actions set forth in the mission of the Multicultural Alumni Partnership: commitment to addressing issues of diversity, openness, multicultural enrichment, and social equity. These qualities may be reflected in outstanding service, character, hard work, or other ways by which the recipient has made a significant contribution to Belmont Hill, education, or some other part of society.
MAP strengthens relations among all of Belmont Hill’s alumni to enhance the diversity, openness, and climate of the greater school community. MAP realizes these objectives through targeted programs, networking events and community outreach, all in collaboration with alumni, students, parents, faculty, staff, and trustees.
