Alumni Olympians who competed in Tokyo Present at School Meeting

Alexander Richards ’14 (Crew - Team USA), Dara Alizadeh ’11 (Crew - Team Bermuda), Andrew Reed ’10 (Crew - Team USA), and Ben Wanger ’15 (Baseball - Team Israel) participated in the Summer 2020 Tokyo Olympics (held in the summer of 2021.) It goes without saying that it was extraordinary to have four Belmont Hill graduates competing last summer in Tokyo. 

On January 6, the Olympians visited Belmont Hill and each spoke and answered questions about their experience. Crew and baseball athletes were able to attend in the Hamilton Chapel while students watched from a livestream with their advisory groups. 

It was a great privilege to have them together and back on campus to unveil their Olympic banners, which will proudly hang in the Jordan Athletic Center with the alumni Olympians that preceded them.
