Community Service

The Belmont Hill School Community Service Program is twofold: it seeks to develop character in its students, that is, a sensitivity to those less fortunate as well as an appreciation of their own advantages; and, strives to help people in need by creating an atmosphere of awareness for the quality of life of others in our expanded communities. The program intends from participatiion responsibility and care will follow.

Excitement runs high for Community Service, with approximately 70% of the student body and many faculty and staff participating volunteeringly. There are weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and seasonal projects.  Many of which are continuation of commitments from previous years.
